The Oil Boiler Maintenance Checklist to Follow
Regular maintenance of oil boilers is very important to ensure that everything runs smoothly and effectively. Here is a checklist you should follow to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Regularly Clean and Dust
It’s important to maintain a clean boiler. In order to do so, ensure you turn off the oil boiler and wait for it to cool down. Then, using a vacuum which has a long vacuum hose attachment, clean out the dust from under the boiler and around it.
- Change The Air Filter
It is very important to regularly change the air filter of the boiler as this will help reduce the pollutants from floating inside the boiler.
- Check The Oil Burner
Get one of our Norfolk based oil engineers to schedule a regular inspection to check the oil burner to see if it needs to be changed or upgraded.
